1.1 Eligibility

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental or guardian consent. If you are accessing or using our Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

1.2 Account Registration

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account using Google or Apple authentication. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

1.3 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and these Terms. You shall not:

2.1 Ownership

Our Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You acknowledge and agree that all rights, title, and interest in and to our Services, including any intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Zen Zero Pty Ltd.

2.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any part of our Services without our prior written consent.

3.1 Free Tier, Trial Period and Lifetime Access

The App provides a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period expires, you may continue using the App with limited features (free tier) or purchase lifetime premium access for a one-time payment. Free tier limitations include restrictions on the number of lists, categories, and subtasks you can create, as well as limited access to themes and statistics. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors including Google Play and Apple Pay. Once purchased, lifetime premium access includes cloud backup functionality and all app features indefinitely.

3.2 Voluntary Support

The App includes a "Support" section where you may voluntarily donate specific amounts to support ongoing development. These donations are processed through the same payment systems as premium features. Donations are non-refundable and do not confer additional app functionality beyond what is included in free or premium tiers.

3.3 Payment Processing

All financial transactions within the App are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment information. By making purchases or donations through the App, you agree to the terms and conditions of these third-party payment processors.

3.4 Refunds

Refund policies are governed by the respective app store policies (Google Play or Apple App Store). Please refer to these platforms' refund policies for more information.

4.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted Services. However, we do not guarantee that our Services will always be available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that our Services may be subject to limitations, delays, and other issues beyond our control.

4.2 Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or legality of such third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

4.3 Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

4.4 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
